At the time I am able to accept the following insurance plans: Cigna, Aetna, Anthem, United Healthcare, Oxford, and Oscar Health.

I know that walking through the doors for that first session can feel overwhelming; my goal is simply to get to know you a little bit and to see if I may be a good fit to work with you. I will have questions that I will ask you so that I can understand what is bringing you to therapy, what you are hoping to gain, and some background to get us started. I also encourage you to ask me any questions you may have or voice any concerns up-front.

My address is 10 East College Ave, Westerville Ohio 43081.
The outside door to my office is in between Westerville Antiques and Uptown Hair Design. You will take the stairs and go in the door on the right which will take you into the waiting room.

There is not a specific lot for 10 E College Ave but numerous public parking lots within a few blocks as well as street parking. We are also working on getting specific parking spots for our office space.

I ask that you give me 24 hours notice if you need to cancel/reschedule your session. You can call, text, or e-mail me. If you do not give me a 24 hour notice, your credit card on file will be charged $75. Obviously there are situations that may arise (sickness, family emergency, etc) that will require less notice; we can discuss this on a case-by-case basis.

I work day/evening hours on Monday and Tuesday, daytime hours on Wednesday and Thursday, and mornings on Friday. Please reach out for specifics.
I can meet in person at my office or via telehealth on any of these days.
