About Me
I am passionate about helping clients learn to love themselves in their current space. Life is hard and unpredictable and all of us come to points in our life where we need some extra help. Maybe you are finding yourself at a crossroads in life and are struggling to identify where to turn. Maybe you are wrestling with ongoing depression and anxiety that is beginning to feel debilitating. Maybe you are grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a dream, or an old way of thinking. Wherever you are, if you have found yourself here, you have identified that you need support and I would love to meet you in that space.
After graduating from Otterbein University in 2015 with a Bachelors of Science in psychology, I attended Ashland University, a CACREP accredited program, where I obtained my Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Since graduating from Ashland in 2017, I have worked in community mental health settings, private practices, and psychiatric hospitals. I have also worked with multi-disciplinary teams that include psychologists, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, social workers, and educators.
When I’m not working you can find me visiting coffee shops across Columbus, reading fiction books, and walking my dog at metro parks. I love the Pittsburgh Steelers, college football, chips and queso, and am always looking for new coffee mugs to add to my collection.
