Services

I offer individual, couples, and family therapy.
Individual Therapy
I will meet with you one-on-one to help you process and discuss issues that are impacting your daily functioning.
Couples Therapy
I will meet with you and your partner to process and discuss issues that are impacting your relationship. I will often meet with couples together but at times may meet with each partner individually to discuss feedback and progress.
Family Therapy
I will meet with you and members of your family to process and discuss issues that are impacting your family relationships and dynamics. I do not require every member of the family to participate but highly encourage it; this will make therapy more effective.
My Therapy & Approach
Trauma Responsive
I approach therapy with the understanding that many of you have had trauma experiences that have had a high impact on your lives. I apply a trauma responsive frame-work throughout each of our sessions to help support your sense of safety and well-being. I have been trained extensively through trauma-informed models of care and am also trained specifically in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
Anti-Oppression Informed
My goal is to provide therapy aligned with social justice, recognizing the structural roots of oppression and working to promote social transformation. I recognize that power and privilege have inherently been present in therapy.
LGBTQ+ and Gender Affirming
I provide LGBTQ+ and gender affirming care. My goal is to create a safe and empowering space to affirm your identities at any stage of your journey as well as to help you process any uncertainties that may be impacting your sense of self/relationships.
Treatment Modalities
I practice therapy from a person centered approach, meaning that you are an active part of your own therapy. My goal is to guide and support you; however, you get to choose where we go and what you feel is effective. I also utilize concepts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
Issues
I work with a wide range of issues including, but not limited to: ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, family conflict, grief, life transitions, peer relationships and general relationship issues, school anxiety and avoidance, trauma, and suicidal ideation / self-harm behaviors.
Specialties
I specialize in adoption, life interfering anxiety (utilizing Exposure and Response Prevention Treatment) and trauma / PTSD.
